Q. How much is shipping?
A: Generally shipping charges are determined by your order total (the weight of each item including packaging) and the shipping carrier that you select at check-out. We offer UPS,USPS, and DHL Express (for our Canadian customers).
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: Currently we are offering Free Shipping on purchases of $100 or more.
Q: Do you provide Local Deliveries at a discount?
A: We provide the local delivery option to customers shipping to addresses within 4 miles of our production shop at a flat rate of $5. This option is available when staffing permits and the geographical area generally includes Maryland zip codes 20774 and 20721.
Local deliveries are made from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We strive to process and ship your order when it is placed. Most of our in-stock retail items i.e. Pneuma Fashions brand designs ship the same day if ordered before 5 p.m. eastern time, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing and shipping. Your order transit time does not include weekends or Holidays. Custom orders are shipped once they are completed based on our Standard or Rush Order policy. Please review our Business Terms under Custom Printing and Embroidery.
Q: How much longer does it take to receive a backorder?
A: Certain products become more popular than anticipated and we may temporarily run out of stock. In such cases, customers are immediately notified of the new shipping schedule. Restock of continued products is oftentimes rather quick since we have the fortune of having both our custom and retail departments in the same facility. In the case that we can only fill part of your order immediately, your backorder item will be shipped to you separately at no cost.
Production for back orders takes approximately 3-5 business days. So if you order a backordered product on Monday, it will be produced and prepped to ship by Thursday or the following Monday. Q: How do I cancel a backorder item?
A: To cancel a back-ordered item, contact us by phone or email and include your order number and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already shipped to you we will cancel it immediately; or, if it has shipped, you may refuse the package upon reception and it will be returned to us.
Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please look up your preferred carriers policy, prior to check-out, to ensure that they will deliver to your P.O. Box.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
